About MoneyWise

Money tools from someone who has sat on the other side of the desk.

MoneyWise Business Tools was founded by Kassie George. Her work has spanned banking operations, financial outreach, and financial counseling, which means years of watching how small-business owners actually handle money, and where it goes wrong.

It is almost never a lack of effort. It is the absence of a simple system. Most owners did not start a business to build spreadsheets, so the money side runs on memory, a bank balance, and hope. MoneyWise exists to hand them the system, already built, with instructions in plain English.

Four moments each tool is built for

The cash crunch nobody saw coming

A great month of sales, and still not enough in the account on payroll day, because the money arrives later than the bills do.

The best seller priced below cost

The product everyone buys, quietly losing money once fees, time, and overhead are counted.

The tax bill with nothing set aside

A year of profit spent on the business, then a quarterly payment that has to come from somewhere.

The loan meeting that stalled

A solid business that could not show a lender the documents and numbers they needed to say yes.

How every tool is made

  • Yellow cells are yours. Everything else calculates on its own, so you never edit a formula.
  • A Start Here tab in every file. Step-by-step, in plain English, no jargon.
  • Excel or Google Sheets. Use whatever you already have.
  • Yours to keep. One-time price, no subscription, no account to create.

MoneyWise tools are for planning and organization. They are not personalized financial, tax, or lending advice.
